I didn’t say they were? I just said I disliked them so much I couldn’t stand to spend any more time with them.  I get what the author was going for, but playing as someone you actively hate isn’t fun.

I think I only got through three or four nights in the original.  The characters just were so deeply unlikable that I just didn’t feel like spending any more time with them.

If Persona 3 gets a remaster, it needs the QoL improvements from P3P even if it doesn’t get the FeMC path.

If you feel that way re: Persona 4 and 5, you may really enjoy Persona 3. IMO, the story of 3 is the best and deepest in the series, even if the characters aren’t as well developed as the newer two games.

There’s a joke in here about how that’s not a naginata but rather a different Japanese polearm called a yari and about how gun nuts are always derailing conversations about gun control to whine about semantics and gun types, but I’m just not caffeinated enough yet this morning to find it.

Well, one, Kinja doesn’t really ban accounts except in very extreme circumstances and only when bugged about it directly through the help desk. There is no comment moderation except by commenters via the “dismiss” function.

In that mindset, “woman who had sex with anyone but me” = “whore”. They don’t view women as fully human, but rather things that should be bestowing sex upon them, but aren’t. And since it can’t possibly be their fault (because they’re such a Nice Guy™), it’s therefore the women’s fault they aren’t getting sex.

Please. There is already a gender neutral pronoun in English and has been for centuries.  “It” is not gender neutral, it is dehumanizing.  And reveals exactly how you feel about them.
