Each and every collision is clearly the fault of the drivers. They’re given ample warnings that their trucks will not fit under the bridge, yet they continue to make the decision to drive under it, anyway. They’re choosing to ignore the warnings, or are not paying attention.

It comes back to cost. Who will pay for that? It’s not the city, the county or even the state’s fault that stupidity continues to spawn these crashes.
