I don't go to the gym, but I walk a lot, cycle, etc. I used to cycle to work all of the time. I just brought a facecloth to the bathroom to cool myself down and to mop up any sweat, then changed after a 5 minute cool down (if I changed as soon as I got there, I kept sweating on the clean clothes).
