You mean like the O2 bottle that is located on the ejection seat of every modern fighter? Pull a ring down by your thigh and you get 100% O2 for a few minutes. Even at max altitude, it should be enough to get you back down below 10k feet.

Uhh, Actually you can have pure O2 flowing through the system. Any modern fighter has the option to go to full 100% oxygen with the flip of a lever on the O2 control panel (Aft right console in an F-16).

And a silly ban is definitely going to stop the bad guys from using them for this purpose.

Holy shit that was intense. That pilot's o2 mask had to be permanently caved in from how hard he was breathing. He still only managed to hit a max of 6.5g's. Must have had a heavy external stores load.

First off, there are a lot of free art museums. They operate with the help of grants, art donations, monetary donations (both from visitors and from foundations), volunteers, etc. There obviously needs to be some cash flow to pay overhead like lighting, restoration work... security systems.
