By “let me move on” she means “let me out of my contract so that I don’t lose my time in the spotlight”. The Blaze knows exactly what they’re doing. They’d rather keep her under contract, keep paying her, and watch her celebrity-status fizzle out, rather than let another network snatch her up. It’s spiteful bullshit,

“Fox News recently celebrated its 15th year as the country’s most-watched cable network.” I think this tells us everything we need to know about the current state of affairs in our country.

This has been my entire internal debate since the election. I tend to be pretty outspoken about my liberal beliefs, and the rest of my family is dyed-in-the-wool Republican. They’re either adopting the gaslighting tactics of “let’s come together and heal the division” (like they weren’t the ones causing it the last

I grew up a “born-again evangelical”, and the most Christ-like people I’ve ever met was a family of Mormons that I nannied for. And all of my self-righteous, holier-than-thou family is doing back flips trying to justify all the awful things he’s said and done.

I’ll get the occasional reminder that he’s definitely a staunch Republican, i.e. he wants to repeal Roe vs. Wade. But part of me wants to think that this will be what teaches us to work across the aisle again on issues. Who knew it would take a facist pile of regurgitated Cheetos to do that?

I’m suprised there aren’t more in the choir doing this. I was under the impression that a lot of Mormons did not care for Trump at all because they’re pretty averse to the whole religious persecution thing. See: Evan McMullin. He’s pretty standard in his views as a Republican, but he’s taking Trump out at the knees

jesus christ. Not just the amount of people wrongly accused/convicted but the sheer gall to operate the investigation the way they did. They literally put a little girl in a car and drove around town asking her to point out people who allegedly molested her. wtf, America.
