Excellent insight. They’re on my mod list sticky note so that makes it pretty official. I’m glad to hear a field report on these things.

Excellent to know! I’ll also be looking into these for my wife’s Wrangler we’ll (fingers crossed) pick up tomorrow. I wrote down Nilights on my official sticky note for mods I keep at my desk. I know when folks #doitforthegram that every #overland accessory bolted on their rigs cost as much as my entire Silverado, but…
Thanks for dropping that name; I hadn’t heard of Nilights. I’d like to do some flood lights and driving lights on my Silverado and was looking at some budget alternatives. Even the Harbor Freight cheapies seem to have some solid feedback on the Jeep forums.
LOL!!!!!!!
That’s a damn good looking wheel and tire set up. I’d love something like that on something like an old ‘48 Ford truck.
LOL!!!!!!!!
My thoughts exactly when I looked at that picture. I tilted my head crooked like a dog and whispered “WTF” to myself.
Preach! When I grow up, I’m putting Methods on my truck.
This. I’ve seen such good deals on Rubi take-offs, I’ve considering buying them to put the tires on my Silverado then just sell off the wheels to offset the price.
Word. I was thinking the same thing, trying to imagine the camera rigging needed to even get close to covering these sort of ground and air shots. You certainly couldn’t one shot it, but even editing it together to replicate something like this has got to be close to, if not impossible. It’s awesome.
The 6.2 was a SOHC, 2V. Like a 4.6 or 5.4 modular on steroids. Ford has brought back a 7.3 pushrod gasser for the super duties though.
Every time you climb into that Jeep, your balls must kill the rest of your payload capacity.
You just reminded me of a couple goodies.
LOL!!! This train..
Wow! Impressive! I was waiting for lift-off and it remained more grounded to the ground than a Camry. If I had the bank account to support shopping for cars like this, I’d show my wife the video and be like, “Look how safe it is honey!” Justified!
1) I was suspicious you were nuts when you kept that Kia in the driveway. Now I’m certain, especially considering the old Willys you just passed up.
1) That headline is art. Poetry even!
My brother sold his ‘97 Tacoma 4cyl 4x4 with 500k on the dial. I still see it around town.
I’m glad to hear a positive review. I realize there are plenty, however, the negative ones do concern me. If I buy a new truck, I’ll probably drive it a decade or longer. The payload and tow rating on the ranger really intrigued me, especially considering the entry price. I really would like something smaller than my…
If he had it two weeks I’d be surprised. I replied to Jag regarding his situation. I don’t know every detail, especially regarding his relationship with the local dealer, but he got out from under that Raptor and into a brand new Ram without any issues.
