I’d have done it too. I browse the forums and classifieds all the time looking for ones that are cheap (especially with engine issues). The plan is to use the LS1 from my Z28 when I take that car off the road for a thorough rebuild. While the Camaro is being built, the “Frog” will serve daily duties.

I’ve had two SN95 Mustangs that would snap oversteer like crazy. I’ve had the same experience in others as well. I’m in a ‘98 Z28 now and it’s the most controllable car I’ve ever gotten sideways in. Half the time just throttle it out and let go of the steering wheel; it will straighten itself out.

Why we called it “The JeeB”

Long of the short, I got it running after taking a week to change the oil (yes.. A fucking week) and fix the gaping hole in the fuel tank, we decided to take ol’ Larry mudding on some privately owned woodlands beginning to get cleared for a subdivision.

We had those damn behemoths growing up. Hated them then and hate them now. They’re cool to pet and all, but fuck riding. I’ll take a four wheeler or dirtbike thank you.

I had a $700 and loved every minute of beating on it until I got it stuck and it got shot up by vigilant rednecks.

In highschool my friend’s Grandpa had one and we’d take it out to pimp around every now and then. It had all the performance of a Lumina with the gadgets and digi-gauges of a space ship. I fucking loved it.

I’ve always wanted to try my hand at driving a Model T. If it is anything like a tractor I should be alright, although my old Ford 2N is still seems lightyears ahead of this thing.

My one and only is green as can be.
