“Lacefront lunatic” almost took me out.

LMAO! That’s how I used to start/end all my stories about white tears on this old messageboard I used to post on: “White folks are mad.”

I had alternated between tree braids and crochet braids towards the end. They aren’t rough on your edges and don’t take nearly as long as the individual braids. Plus, you still have hair to style, but you don’t have to do much to it at night.

It should be ok. I have about 3 myself but it all came out looking like it used to when it was relaxed. The back and the edges are the only parts that haven’t lasted long, so I’m letting it go after 2 weeks.

I kept a variety of different kinds of braids for a year and a half so that made my big chop fairly painless. It grew out protected and healthy with my edges intact but it was kind of expensive lol.

I have to work all weekend but got a silk press for New Year’s Eve and I don’t want to put more heat on it so I have to make room for a wash and twist out at some point.

I’m about to stop too. They already complained about me laughing at The Read too loud, so this will probably get me fired.
