@Rexter: DUDE. Amen. I thought I was going crazy, but the texture resolution is definitely way worse for some reason this time around. I thought it was some Unreal Engine/Mass Effect 1-esque loading issues but nope, some of them are just intended to look like garbage. I have no idea why this is.
