I’ve noticed garlic cloves stay fresh with the skin on for a good couple of weeks so what I do is break apart the bulb with my bare hands, discard the papery layer, and store the cloves in a ziploc bag. When I need to use the garlic I’ll use a chef’s knife to smash each clove and the skin comes right off.

I wonder how potent that coconut oil and cannabis mixture is without adding the honey. I’m thinking about doubling those ingredients and splitting the mixture in half so I can add one half to the honey and keep the other half for baking.
