Guys, why is it that on every post about race or something race-related, there's a certain chorus of people who feel the need to say, "you're racist towards white people!" (in this case, comparing "white boy" to "nigger" which are NOT THE SAME AT ALL) or "stop being so angsty!" or "racism doesn't exist/is

I don't think it does, I think it shows how people are still holding on to their prejudices and slowly letting them go- and also how Republican voters are turning out more than Democrats.

I wonder what a different world it might be today if all those people had lived, but especially him.

0:03 "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., 84, Champions Immigration Reform" was it for me.

LOL, like with all diets, it's as "clean" as you make it. You can follow a GF diet and eat grains like quinoa, vegetables, and lean meats, or you can be GF and stuff your face with GF pizza, bread, muffins, etc. that are going to be just as processed and bad for you as their gluten-containing counterparts, just with

"The argument is about, after 30 years, after women getting more college degrees than men, why are there still so few women in leadership positions?"

Yes. I did. Thanks.

Is it that it's dangerous, or that it's dangerous in the "let me bathe in this" quantities that teenage boys put it on?

I re-read what I wrote and I guess it'd be libelous or defamatory instead of slanderous, but that's the general idea. I interned at a newspaper in the SF area in college (not the Chronicle), and they try to be pretty careful about that kind of thing because they can't afford a lawsuit.

Not even close. California State Senate is 62.5% Democratic, and the California State House is 65% Democratic. Outside of SF and LA California is comparatively more right-wing, but not even close to being a "right-wing state."

Although I understand your anger, I think the SF Chronicle added that because in California, rape is "nonconsensual sexual intercourse accomplished by means of threats, force, or fraud." Only actual forced intercourse is rape, so if they had been in California when they committed their crime, they would've been

I think what's really bothering me is how arbitrary the state's evidence thing seems.

I watched the horrible Michael Nodianos video on LiveLeaks, and I think he appears about 1/3 or 1/2 of the way in, saying they need to go "check on her" or something like that, so I don't know, I agree that he at least seems to be the only one who is remorseful.
