@cestmaladroit: LMAO! that would make the pretzel much easier to insert into Mr. Orange M&M.

@thesugarplum: the Fever ones are much better than the Highlander series. trashy funtimes.

@vicki: ooh thanks much!

@vicki: please share the author. i need a new addiction ;)

@dogbrainsarebest: sigh. and that discontent just leads to boyfriends who need a beard.

So infuriating. I've been stolen from quite a few times, and I feel like no matter what I say when if/when I address the thievery, I sound whiny and defensive. Happens to artists quite a bit.

@scarletwine: part hair, grab 2 inch section of wet hair starting at the front, twist until it wraps in on itself, bobby-pin in place. repeat until all hair is up. spritz *lightly* with hairspray. blowdry on low if you are in a rush, otherwise let dry naturally a few hours or overnight. unpin, separate with fingers.

NO NO NO even though it's staring me in the face–I refuse to compare the island's soul to a Thomas Kinkade painting. I'll settle for the contents of Marcellus Wallace's briefcase - but I may die a bit if I have to think of the light-cave as Mr. Kinkade's asshole full of sunshine.

Can I just say all the Teen Witch love is making my Friday?

yillenwhoolahallan.

Arrrrgh. I JUST missed this. But I did happen to see the "Frock Stars" exhibit in the Powerhouse Museum and did a little dance to a remix of 'Putting on the Ritz' that was playing while I dragged my boyfriend along behind me. :)

@LoSpaz: I'm a natural golden-brown with dark brown eyebrows that has been rocking the red for over 2 years.

@Sukie: hahahah. is your LOTR the same one I have with the red leather and gold dembossing?

@Sukie: I too remember reading Jean M. Auel at a young age, after cutting my teeth on The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings at 10 and Carrie and IT by age 12. I think we would have been friends. =)

@la.donna.pietra: Not to say she's fugly like Steve Buschemi... but I think Joan Cusack has that undeniable scene stealing magic that makes you really believe she's the wacky character. And you have to admit - Joan has no problem with playing funny looking (metal head gear!) and manages to convey more in 5 seconds

@cand86: Funnily enough - the boyfriend and I started watching this last Friday as a follow up to Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension as a part of a planned drunken bad movie night. It was so bad we couldn't watch it and turned it off after 15 mins.

@Scoithniamh: i remember dressing up like a vampire for my Jr. Prom. I did not do teeth, but 2 of my friends did. We were all decked out in black and purple.
