Scrub radius only creates steering load in braking. It has nothing to do with torque steer. Make a free body diagram of the suspension under acceleration if you dont believe me. What counts is purely the wheel center offset not the ground offset.

Sorry but torque steer has nothing to do with scrub radius. It’s the wheel centre offset that acts as the lever arm to the streering axis.
Slightly off topic but semi-virtual suspensions are implemented to get correct ackermann behaviour. It’s nothing to do with scrub radius.
