The original Fantasy Island TV movies made no secret of how creepy the whole thing was. That was part of it. They only started presenting a more sanitized version of it later on.

This is my problem. The wax makes my ears itch. I will continue to use q-tips regardless of what anyone, including what my own doctor says, because it works. Although flushing them with warm water is fine, too.

In many places that's a good way to get an infection. Hydrogen peroxide on the other hand works wonders for those of us with excessive ear wax.

Purpose: Food

I find it amusing that the people complaining in the comments are apple users. y'know, the users of that famously open apple ecosystem.

I don't have an iPhone, but this decision just gives potential customers incentive to look elsewhere. And given the quality competition out there, people will always find one that fits their needs AND works with HealthKit. Shooting themselves in the foot right here. I guess they probably won't be adding support for

His claim that virgins who wait until marriage and are faithful are not at risk for STDs is pretty much correct (you could get scabies from a gym towel, I suppose).

However, the message he's tacitly sending with that claim - that people who contract STDs deserve them because God is punishing them for sinful behavior -

There are two types of apocalypse. One where it's done poorly on in movies, TVs and books and the other where it's done really well.

As you can see, the research is continuing on with a lot of success...

I still have a WIN button.

Saul Bass the designer?

Phase IV directed by Saul Bass. The movie is cheap and silly at its worst but occasionally delightfully delirious and strange. The ending is one of those "true science fiction moments" after some interesting but schlocky material. It has stuck with me for years.

Are you guys going to also cover the Hisense Roku TV?

Babylon 5. My buddy swears it's one of the greatest sci-fi shows ever, and that Star Trek: DS9 is just a pale imitation. He loaned me season 1, and I watched maybe two episodes before I gave up. He admitted that season 1 isn't so hot, and tells me to skip to season 2. I got a little further, maybe four or five

320kbps mp3 is a format that's been around for almost as long as CD's have been popular! I'm talking about new formats such as OGG, FLAC (not technically compressed?), and the others whose popularity isn't as old as the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

People that rip from vinyl shouldn't be doing it without cleaning the record and stylus first, it's pretty annoying when you get a rip with a ton of pops and cracks. I've got good FLAC rips of mono Beatles records with nary a pop or crack (I downloaded them before the mono re-releases in 2009, so I know they're

Hey, congratulations on that!

Malls during the 80s and early 90s will always fascinate me; probably because I never got to experience them during the height of their popularity - when they were the "go to" place, not just some where you went occasionally because it has that shop for that one item you want/need.

Don't know if you've noticed but MP3 players are in fact, a dying category. I know it's cool to hate Apple and all.....but the fact is that this is just a sign that things are changing.
