Usually when one does a urine culture, you'll use a calibrated disposable loop and streak for recovery. You, usually, will also look at calibrated amount of urine under the scope to do a visual inspection before the culture grows up.

My biggest stumbling block to using rainmeter is actually assembling the pieces to make a cool desktop. I'd pay for real money if someone came up with an app that could slipstream/download install everything you need for a desktop.
