I don't know so much about base jumping... But isn't Franz Reichelt's death more about the height from which he fell? I mean, don't base-jumpers have a minimum height distance to jump, so their parachutes have the time to open and create drag?
I have an original WDTV Live. The interface is clunky and it's internet streaming is limited. On the bright side, it easily plays any media file you have from network shares— not just pushed like the Roku and Plex.
I try to to deal with regrets by doing this. I've always been a guy who always looks back at the past... Cherishing some of those moments, but with that, comes many regrets as well...

I think you're missing the point when the total federal outlay was 1.5 Billion dollars for Romney's Olympics and that it spent more federal dollars than the previous 7 Olympics combined.

I really enjoyed the Jetsons, seeing it syndication in the middle 70's. What always bothered me was that they had no interaction with nature. And no interaction with the surface of the Earth.
Yeah, my vote is for The Time Machine. Thundarr was pretty spectacular. I remember being a kid when it came out and thinking it was the coolest opening for a Saturday Morning Cartoon.
I bought a Dream Machine Cube in 1989 for $50.00. It lasted until 2006. At 0.91 cent/day it was a bargain. I have another Dream Machine now, not nearly as solid or durable as my first.
