M&M is singularly awesome. But like most, Gerry Marshall stuff (Happy Days or Laverne and Shirley), while I love it- a lot of is difficult to watch now.

It is unfortunate to see the decline of Sony. I think one issue that has not been touched on, at least with these three examples is their use to have a closed ecosystems.
Yeh. I'd probably get a Nook Tablet just for that same reason. If anything, the Nook has been more friendly to rooting and Cyanogen.
I think #6 is dependent on how crazy you drive. Snow tires ain't gonna help you don't drive safely in the snow to begin with.
Largely, CDisplayEx is still being developed and improved— that's all.
Uhh, all our gold (Au) is from space. In fact all our heavier elements than H/He come from space. It's just that it has been here for a couple of billion years already.

I can tell you how long I've been doing this. Years.
Denon also made great Metal Oxide tapes as well.
I've used a Timex Ironman (with strap), a Mio and a Sportline. They've all been $30 to $45-ish. I've liked the features, and sure they miss a GPS... But with so many of us using a smartphone as mediaplayer- this may not be such as big deal anymore...
@breadtruck: The last and first COD I bought was COD4 and that did use PB, if I am not mistaken.
You could always try out that new-fangled Republic Wireless. There is a coupon on Giz's thread to the make phone (LG Optimus) and registration $99, instead of $199. No contract and $20 a month. Seems like an idea that can be played with.
Do they not use PB or something similar?
Hi. There is the concept of herd immunity though.
I listen to only one podcast (and infrequently). I do buy apps- but I have to use them heavily, like say Moon Reader Pro...
Double true for me, as well!
