It seems like most of the world uses "blue" as their environmentally friendly color. I know Germany and Japan do. With cars, blue makes the most sense. Environmentally friendly cars release less pollution into the air, so blue sky.

Mid-90s Buicks. Yes, they're driven primarily by retirees, but they're rock solid reliable (especially with the GM 3800 engine), get decent gas mileage, and have the most comfortable seats known to humankind. The Buick Regal coupe pictured above, awful wheels aside, was a good looking car as well.
