I think we need more confusingly-rated versions of films. Like, a G-rated Saw movie, or an NC-17-rated Paw Patrol.

Is it supposed to take place in 1987? That’s the vibe I’m getting. I’m also sensing a lot of Weird Science.

It’s really a testament to the writing and acting on this show that they boiled the entire premise down to two lines of dialogue, when Sam says, “Nobody thinks you’re cool you know,” and Lindsey replies, “I know.” He’s just upset, she’s just ashamed, and there’s no pat resolution to the moment.

That’s fine, but don’t worry, How I Met Your Mother would eventually explain the joke, taking all humor and any sense of warmth out of it.

Not to mention Joe Flaherty with a nod to his SCTV character Count Floyd.

And these CEOs and AMPTP actually demanded that the union not disclose the details of their meetings. Yes, really. One of the previous negotiations with the AMPTP included a non-disclosure stipulation for SAG-AFTRA union negotiations. Which SAG-AFTRA is still honoring, even thought AMPTP clearly isn’t.

I mean, this is the same culture that tells men that they’re not supposed to cook, and yet expects professional chefs to be men.
