What bugged me about Rhodes is that in his first appearance he’s still kinda acting like Rhodes. But once the audience (and Fury) knows he’s a Skrull, the performance goes over the top.

i maintain that the BEST scene in the series has come from episode 3 where talos threatens/hurts Gravik and all of a sudden he’s SURROUNDED BY GRAVIKS!!! Like that is VERY GOOD that’s what I want!! and they just keep gettin ghampered by “grounding” this story and i’m like this is Not Working!!! it’s NOT WORKING!!!!

While watching a bad movie, I typically remind myself that, very often, just as much work goes into a bad movie as a good movie.

In the ultimate display of middle-brow taste, my parents once tried to check out We Bought a Zoo from the library, but ended up with the Kevin James vehicle Zoo Keeper by mistake. They watched it anyway and said it was “actually pretty good at parts.”

Wait, do people not like season 3 of Ted Lasso? I just finished it and really enjoyed it, certainly more than season 2.

Also, I’m sad that the AMC rotating jump isn’t here. It’s not as spectacular as a stomach-dropping parachute plummet, but it’s nonetheless impressive.

When I first saw the trailer for the 2019 film, I said to my friend I was with at the time that I hoped that every time the movie cut to the title character, her eyes would be slightly larger and larger so by the end, it would just be two enormous eyes.

Zaslav is the most hated suit in all of movies, superhero or not.

It’s like airing the Puppy Bowl on Super Bowl Sunday. Although, just like those, I am potentially interested in both of these movies.
