I actually bought this book a couple weeks ago over ‘Six Pillars of Self Esteem’. This is arguably the best self-help purchase I’ve ever made. What I admire the most about this book is the realism; right off the bat it explains how you aren’t going to be able to solve all your problems and become a perfect person but…

I can’t help but think of George Carlin’s line about it. If you read a book written by somebody else, that’s not self-help, that’s help. And if you do it yourself you didn’t need help because you did it yourself.
