Maybe you need to stop going to shitty festivals.

Get your ticket sooner or way before your flight date so you can avoid the middle seat. If it’s like Southwest or first come first serve boarding and seating, get early boarding or seating (whatever you want to call it, I don’t fly Southwest). Just solved your problem (if there was one). Otherwise, deal with it.
