I had a manual transmission car that required 91. When running on 87, it got about the same MPG’s, but I often stalled it because it had less power than I expected it to have.

Emissions testing is required to register a car. Safety inspections are not. It would have had to have passed emissions though, but even that’s every 2 years. Side note, she had been riding a Lime Scooter in DC. From what I’ve heard from riders, they all have worked great.

My GF loved riding these things around town. She’d walk out of her way to pick one up to ride them.
A few weeks later, she was going a bit too fast and fell. A taxi ride to the ER and two dozen stitches in her lip later, she’s almost good as new!
