do you know of any USB battery packs that can act as a UPS? Seems like every battery pack I’ve seen can only charge or provide power, not both at the same time. If you unplug it, the power stops.
I did see a few that could do this, but they are no longer available.

They don’t seem organized about it, but jalopnik, R&T, C&D.. they do run races. I see the R&T guys at races a lot. They don’t seem organized enough to have a company car and team.

I generally agree with this, unless it’s some sort of museum piece. If you have a 1 of <10 car that future generations will want to see, you should at least keep it clean and safe. Drive it, and drive it hard (mechanical items can be fixed), but don’t street park it in NYC.
I drove one of these through college/post college. Great car. everyone who sat in it made commments about the dash. I roasted so many tires doing FWD burnouts with that car. Only one wheel at a time though :P

Truth. my car got flipped to use imperial gallons once. My MPG’s were crazy high.
I was recently hit while stopped in traffic. Busted rear tail light, wrecked bumper. $6500 in damage, and it took a month to fix. add in rental car fees and it was closer to $8k. This car is MUCH MUCH MUCH worse. I bet they total it.
