I did think this last season tried too hard. They weren’t just taking a beat up car and bring it back to good condition, they tried to make the cars into more than they ever were.
I like car shows where they just explain how to fix things. If there is a ‘manager’ in the shop, I’m switching the channel.

yeah, but 50k seems really high. There are a lot of cars that don’t sell 50k a year. How about like 2k? that’s WAY more than any NICHE ferrari/lambo but still low enough to include a 911.

why eliminate cars with <50k new car sales? I bet you’d see a totally different list. LOTS of people buy Porsche’s, high end Benz, Ferrari, etc and get a new one the next year.

Was fixing my race car at a shop that normally deals with old exotics. Shop had a Ferrari 330GTC, a BMW 507 and Dino. They also had lots of cool stuff in storage. First gen M5's, Ferrari 512, and all sorts of other stuff. Looks like a dump that works on rusty old BMW’s outside, but inside is amazing.
