There are much faster cars in AER too. SE46, even a 335i, and some very well prepped E36's.

It’s not bracket racing. It’s exactly like Chump, except classes are determined by qualifying time, instead of a weird value calculation.
It’s your fault that I have to add a center restraint net to my car. You owe me $100. :)
Tax write-off. I raced with a guy in Lemons who put his company sticker on the car, and then wrote off his cost of racing as an advertising tax deduction.
LOL. It’s not just the compound, it’s the tread pattern. A tread pattern that works good in snow will be crap in dry pavement and vise versa.
It would be nice if this actually showed numbers. My retirement plan pretty robust, certainly well above most people my age, and it still only says ‘good’.
likely, the SMG’s are in better shape. It was bought by some one who just wanted an M3. A lot of 6spd cars have had the crap beaten out of them (as they should). Also, good luck finding a 6pd. Half the SMG’s are listed and manual’s, and it’s the most frustrating thing ever to find a legit 6SPD.
I’ve seen the same button in a Mercedes C300. For me, it just makes the cost of the navigation option even more BS. I assume it’s just a software upgrade now, but still costs $$$.
I was thinking more like this:
I have a picture somewhere of a Cayanne GTS pulling a trailer with a 911 GT3 on it.
Every car in this list is going UP in value(except the Subaru and cayanne, how did that get on this list).
I’m excluding the Toyobaru from all my judgments of Subaru’s.
Isn’t that why we’re all here? To talk shit?
I’ll admit my frame of reference for this was an ‘05 Legacy GT, but the head was about 1 inch from the fenders. There is no way I could get a tool in there to reach them. I have 3 cars in my garage right now and in all of them(and my previous honda’s), I could pull a spark plug out within 30 seconds of opening the…
How many of those 500,000 are sold in the snowbelt, where people want cheap cars that are good in the snow?
Had a friend with an ‘05 Legacy GT. Not terrible, but I didn’t think the front end fit in with the larger sedan styling. The front end styling is a bit much for the rest of the car. Remove the hood scoop and it could be confused with an Accord. It also blew a turbo and a head gasket. Friend has an ‘14 Forrester that…
I like the BAJA!!
Ok. how about a 2015 Subaru vs a 2002 Subaru? Can you tell them apart? Know what the only cool Subaru is? The BAJA.
Even stripped out with a roll cage, the interior is nicer than a subaru.
I had friends with bugeye WRX’s, and they were fun when living in the snow belt. Manual Hatchbacks! But, sitting in a ‘14 subaru seems exactly the same. No progress, same meh interior.
