The women and the producers left Taylor with Russell because they don't believe that he would kill her. Frankly, I don't think anyone on that show believes that Russell is or was an abuser. I mean, I honestly find her allegations hard to believe.

Oh, I'm sure he does too, and he's foolish too for not wanting one either. I was just considering the money that she raked in during the year they were married for her songs on Teenage Dream. I think she made a LOT more money during that year than he did.

I'm no legal expert either, but I've seen evidence otherwise that prenups hold up and are very enforceable in California.
