As a university student, my issue with this structure is that lessons are often 'unstructured' and profs often don't organise class discussions in a very hierarchical way. In fact, hierarchical note-taking methods may even limit the way you study/process ideas.

Just remove the apostrophe at the end of the link and you'll be fine.

It's more social than Evernote, so like the others have said, it borrows a little from Pinterest. It also has certain distinct categories you can use for bookmarks, like books, movies, recipes, products etc. They're sort of like templates that allow you to store information about these bookmarks in a way that brings

I only hate them if they bring bad news like bills to pay, unnecessary advertisements and rejection letters. But if I get stuff like Birchbox samples in the mail every once in a while, or care packages from friends & family, then YES I love physical mail!

Forgive me for sounding so ignorant, since I've never used Android before - the Evernote Android app looks so much prettier than the iOS version.

LOL I still remember when we all learnt on the podcast how long Whitson waits to wash his jeans. I live in a tropical climate, so perspiration is an everyday occurrence even without exercise. Tops - usually twice, at most thrice, and bottoms - 2-3 times for hygiene's sake even though they don't really smell.

Anyone know whether turning off your laptop will achieve a similar effect? As opposed to putting it to sleep. (I'm using a 13-inch MacBook Pro, 2010-gen) I'm guessing my cycle count will affect this?

This makes sense to me too.

Ah dang it. Only for OS X 10.7 or later.

Don't forget Wordpress as the new platform of choice for many serious bloggers.

+1 on the point that giving makes us happier than receiving.

Agreed. Though recently there have been many new Mac users, some of whom don't really understand very well the system they're using, so I'd reserve judgment as to the type of people who would install 'Free Twit Tube'.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but the simplicity of it reminds me of Notational Velocity?

Maybe you need to find a set of bigger tips. I used to find in-ear earphones uncomfortable but got used to them after a while, and I like how they help to cancel out some noise especially on public transport. Also, I can use them in public without worrying that I will disturb others with my music/podcasts.

I don't understand how Feedly is more of an extension than an webapp. Since trying it out I've been accessing it directly at feedly.com and never bothered using it with the extension, although I have it installed and it tells me the unread count. Anyway, clicking on the extension just brings you to the aforementioned
