Agree. I would understand why he would want to use green - it's supposed to be a colour good and soothing for the eyes - looking up from your computer screen to look at some greenery is supposed to give one's eyes some rest.

I agree, it's a very effective way to kickstart an exercise regime or create a desire to be fitter in order to be better at the sport.

I really like the idea, and prefer the background noise of water flowing over the guided relaxation exercises. But I must say - dang that bird gets on my nerves. The birdsong is so repetitive that it makes me more worked up than relaxed. Hahaha.
