Even if they fix every bug in the game, it still doesn’t live up to what they promised with their first gameplay reveal. They would need to massively overhaul the quest structure, narrative, NPCs and player character building.

Not gonna lie, your hype just made me pull the trigger on purchasing the remake. Aside from the tactics branch, I was never a HUGE FF fan until 14, which I found breathtaking and mind-blowingly awesome, and can’t recommend to people enough.
