I think Gail was wearing a suit to throw people off and have us think that she and Erica (Erika?) were getting married after they kiss. Although I guess two wedding dresses would do the same thing, that was my first thought on why she wasn't wearing a wedding dress.

That is why I can't be on "Team Michael". He wanted her to abort her baby because it made him uncomfortable.
