Many big trucks here use Detroit Diesel engines that are uniflow 2strokes. The cathedral engines in container ships are almost all uniflow 2 strokes, and are the worlds most efficient heat engines.

IIRC, Ford and the others were working on a spark ignition two stroke using the Orbital stratified charge system. It was turbo or supercharged, using Schnurle loop or deflector piston scavenging. A uniflow or fully valved 2 stroke diesel is quite different in it's basics, and is already in use on large trucks and

Nice 'fighter. Not too sure about the practicality of that exhaust - silencers are a good thing if just to keep the police off your back. They could have done some detailing as well. The clutch cable routing looks like an afterthought for example. Also, 'rejetted' not 'rejected,' I think.

On what planet is a car that weighs more than a full size cargo van "light?" Seriously, that thing weighs more than a 1978 Ford Country Squire and the only way they were light was if you got one in beige.

Fine, you want to put annoying trash talk on the ass end of your unbalanced douchemobile, but christ on a crutch, get somebody who can paint to do the lettering. How many halfassed fuckups lurk hidden in this overpriced monstrosity? Crack fuckin' Pipe!

Look, there goes another conservative convinced that the boss has his best interests at heart. One of the most delusional statements ever uttered.

The K.I.S.S principle is truly dead.

The ADA requires that you treat people with disabilities like people. Not like almost people, or second rate people, just people. If everybody else gets a Merc loaner, they MUST give him a Merc loaner, not the second class person loaner.

That's why the pilots wore the white silk scarves around their faces - To keep out the castor oil mist. Too much castor oil is toxic.

Slow news day, huh?

I never drove one, but they seemed particularly dangerous to be on a motorcycle anywhere nearby. The A pillars were huge, and visibility likewise bad, making them a real risk to be cut off by. IMO.

Maybe, but here in the US you don't exactly find diesel hatchbacks littering the dealer's used line-ups, and they won't be a relatively roomy sedan, either. What's with all the hate?

I've never had anybody tell me about their Prius, except my Dad, after he got one to replace his blown up worn out Corolla. I had to ask. The guy across the street with one told me about his wing eating championship, but never has mentioned his car. It's one of the little Prius, and sort of cool looking actually, but

Nope. Geo is small and cramped. There is room for a full size american in the back seat of a Prius. Also, my Dad says his was still pulling when he backed out at 115, and they still got 55 mpg on that road trip. It's just some car, for old folks who need some car. Much better than the Corolla it replaced.

No. It is just some car by the foot that happens to actually get better mileage than my bike. It is more likely that a Prius owner will be lectured by some Rush Limpballs fanboy who thinks you are some sort of commie pinko just for getting 55mpg than that you will get a 'saving the world' from a Prius driver.

Another one that's cool, but asking for too much. Nice at half the price.

Probably not to the $1k that i'd set as top dollar.

Kimi does roller coasters like a racer- he's looking deep thru the turns.

Cool brown diesel manual wagon? Yes! But the question here is, is it a cool price? IMO, nope. Too many questionable mods, done by somebody who doesn't want them either. Crack pipe.
