No actually it’s about winning, and that’s all that matters. Porsche has a V4 in their car, amagine that, but that is what they decided they needed to win.

This just about sums up what’s wrong with the progressive education system. If he was interested in speaking about this issue he could have written an essay that highlighted issues, spoke about potential solutions, or why this issue is important to you. The entrance essay is one of the most important part of a…
My 2006 S 500 4matic is at 135000 and going strong, no major repairs. I put about 20,000 miles a year on it as a commuter. So 3 years from now I should find out but I have complete confidence in the car, by far the best vehicle I have owned.
My friend always brings an aluminum bat with his tools, I once saw him smash a windshield and told a parts thief his head would be next. Being 6'5" with a bat can be quite persuasive.
Wow, you need to do some homework. Should get jalopnick detention for that question.
The starter in the V is becoming a thing, have no idea why as it’s quite possibly the worst possible place for it. Porsche V8 and V6 do this, in early Cayaine’s the plastic water bypasses leaked and killed the starter, and sometimes the transmission. It seems like packaging take presidenc over maintenance.
S65 Mercedes, it’s a V12 bi turbo. Everything is hard to get to, many times its engine out to fix. My 997 Carrera has some difficult jobs to do with the engine in the car, easier to drop the engine, and Porsche actually made it quite easy to do.
The real question is why anyone watches this manufactured competition any longer. I went to a NASCAR race and it turned out to be a demolition derby. Why can’t all the other race series capitalize on this?
David, you don’t beat the joint with a hammer to get the CV joint apart, there made so if you flex it correctly you have clearance to remove the balls and if turned properly you can remove the cage. You can damage the joint by beating on it, rebuilding it then is worthless.
When these came out I was racing and doing a lot of driving events, these cars have terrible oil starvation issues and blow up under sustained G’s. They were also known for having sludge issues if not maintained properly. You want a cheap sporty car, Mazda MX-6/Ford Probe third generation, better all the way around,…
The Jag is lovely but as many other cars lately, the interior space for the driver is small and tight. The center console, dash and sculpted door take up so much room. I am tall but average build and I can’t fit comfortably. A 911 has the space of a minivan compared to the Jag.
I am thinking Porsche may not be too happy with them making a copy of their design, using nothing but an engine that’s original.
Let’s get something straight here, if your not the first owner, you really don’t know what the car has been put through, what matainance has been done, and how it’s been taken care of. Many of the horror stories here are from owners of used cars purchased with high miles. My father had a Vega GT, put over 100,000…
Just one more reason to not watch NASCAR. Does this eliminate the need to throw the yellow debris flag if the favored drivers need help to get to the front? I stopped watching all but the road course races years ago, this might make them unwatchable also.
I know all you environmentalists are going to get crazy but my grandfather always used waste oil sprayed over the underside of the car before winter. He liberally applied it every month. My father did it for a while but you really need a lift to get in all the nooks and crannies.
Wow, I have the exact same headlight switch in my wife’s Explorer. I specified the alcantara delete wheel option when I ordered my GT 4, the steering wheels look like crap after a very short time. Leather is the way to go.
The Mercedes 4 matic system has been around much longer than X drive I would guarantee it has sold many many more units over the years. My W210 E class with 4 matic is one of the best snow vehicles I have ever driven. With Bridgstone DWS all seasons it puts my wife’s Explorer to shame. My daughters new C class is…
It’s amazing and kudos to the man for letting others take a look. I might have to stop by when I am in the area. I wonder how many other collections we don’t know about are hidden across the country.
The heart is actually two pumps, the right heart provides blood to the lungs and its systolic pressure is around 25 mmHg in healthy subjects. The left heart provides blood to your body and a normal pressure is 120/80 mmHg. The conversion of 51.7 mmHg equals 1PSI so even at 120 mmHg your fuel pressure would be barely…
What amazed me is they have a frame machine there at the track, and that they would race a car after pulling out a unibody.
