I didn't really count them due to that. You have to be a member of that program to get the releases; they aren't available to the general public in physical or online stores. Disney has yet to do any non-restricted season releases of their television programming.

Alex straight-up said in a recent interview with The B-Movies Podcast that Disney is still sticking to it's lame policy of not releasing their shows on DVD or Blu-Ray.

While Wander's ratings aren't anywhere good enough for renewal, Penn Zero DOES have a second season in production. So the TAG post was probably about post-production on the first season of that series wrapping up.
