Where’s the post about Lucas Glover’s wife calling him a pussy after every round, and bloodying him and his mother up after last week’s tourney? With every DV incident appearing on Deadspin these days, I’m baffled why this hasn’t appeared yet. That woman is a fucking psychopath.

Nah. God help me, but I was really really good at golf growing up, and I preferred it to hockey and baseball because you could be high as a kite while playing on the high school golf team. So anyway, as a young pup I played a ton of tournament golf. Here’s what actually happened, if it ever gets out of the grays....

My face! I think it’s broken!

Long live the pitcher who points up in the air at a 450 foot walk off

Nobody wants to be saddled with debt because a bunch of white people are jockeying to harness tax dollars.

I heard Yanni

Could’ve fooled me - looks like it was held in a Cincinnati chili restaurant.

Seriously. Baez, of all people, getting bent out of shape for some celebratory extracurricular? Fuck out of here, you batflippin dumbass.

I agree that it was a legitimate journalistic purpose. I’m not arguing that point at all. Why is it so shocking that the team didn’t want to continue to give the guy free tickets to the games after he exposed something embarrassing and potentially harmful? Jeter is just saying #sticktosports.

I respect your writing, Chris, and Jeter IS a pretty human being, but this sounds like a reasonable reaction to me. It would be one thing for a business writer or investigative journalist to do that, but a beat writer? I see nothing wrong with yanking the creds.

Having just gone through the unexpected passing of my brother, having funeral bills taken care of is a great burden to have lifted. God bless him.

God bless J. J. Watt for his service to goodness itself, by using his platform to show how generosity to random strangers can create a measure of joy out of tragedy (and he has already begun reaping his reward of joy for this magnanimous act). Most professional athletes buy $1700 Gucci sweatshirts and spend their

Very nice gesture.

After he washes out there, is there an Arctic Football League so he can just keep going north?

Every major company gets sued all the time for firing people. People get mad when they get fired. In this case i’m apt to agree with Tesla, this dude’s story makes absolutely no sense at all. It’s just a jilted ex-employee looking for a buck and a lawyer looking to profit off it.

In many states, that is prefectly cool - look up “at will employment”

This whole scenario seems so confusing. I’m normally a huge skeptic of Tesla, but even this seems like they’re throwing multiple darts at the board to see which one lands a hit.

Clearly, bad things happening elsewhere in the world means everything’s okay where you live.

I miss simpler times when women looking like men at sporting events was just called softball.
