Sir Wins-A-Lot.
Sir Wins-A-Lot.
they got tired of making fun of crack heads and started to feel kind of mean, so they changed it.
It was felt to be insulting to crack heads.
I believe it was changed during the nationwide racial-sensitive rebranding and political correctness spree that occurred shortly after a portion of Minneapolis was set on fire this year.
I miss the days when this article was called nice price or crack pipe. It needs the old label as whomever thinks this old Dodge is worth $56k IS on crack. While the craftmanship is nice, it still doesn’t fit the vehicle, and has been done to the worst generation Durango Dodge sold.
$56.00
Body mods are questionable in my opinion. Pierced ears are kind of normal, terrible parents are getting their infant girls’ ears pierced and there’s insufficient outcry over that, people of every stripe have done peculiar things to themselves in the name of making themselves unique. For the fully cognizant, preferably…
$5,600? ND.
I choose to believe they couldn't decide between $5,000 and $6,000 and accidentally typo'd $56,000.
A heartfelt and resounding WTF? There is exactly nothing in here that remotely justifies the asking price. What drugs is this guy taking? Never mind, because I don’t care . . .
Sometimes it feels like you put stuff up here for us to just no dice it into oblivion
Exactly what I thought as I read this. It certainly had nothing to do with the money, there were easier and less visible ways to scam people out of money, this was all about the con itself and it appears to have worked brilliantly. Here some guy who more than likely probably had never been in a race car was able to…
I hear that Haas accepts bad checks.
These cars are capable of 200 mph. No reason not to run the “tail.” I can’t wait for this. I’ve been saying it since I went to COTA in 2014: NASCAR should be there. Wide runoffs, fast straights, and enough tight turns to test these drivers’ skill. It’s perfect.
On the other hand, some fans were adamant that changes would need to be made t̶o̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶l̶a̶y̶o̶u̶t̶ to make the racing, y’know, exciting.
Yeah I actually just created an account on Monday over on The Drive. I think it’s likely to be my go-to now. I’ll still pop on here for NP/ND but the slide shows, the quality of the articles, the layout changes etc - it’s all for the worse at Jalopnik. It’s a shame.
Can you also explain why Uber/Lyft cars are allowed to block roads while they sit and wat for their rides? Even if there is ample space at the curb a few feet away they double park with no concerns for safety.
Seriously. Just try and hire an electrician or plumber right now. Call 10 and maybe 2 will even call you back. If what you need them to do is under $1k, you’ll be lucky if they even come.
What the author, and by extension the bloggers and publishers of this site, don’t understand is that we are not idiots and live in the real world. This is just about the last straw for me for Jalopnik. TheDrive has better content. Jalopnik steals half it’s good blogs from them anyway. I’ll miss the comments over here…
“Also, despite what the internet fanboys will tell you, every car on the market has its little nasty quirks, the Sonic included.”
