So let me get this straight. It has an electric motor. You plug it into an electric source, and the energy is stored in a huge battery. You can drive it around for days or even weeks on electric power alone. But, it’s not an electric vehicle. Got it.

I don’t know why you’re crapping all over the Volt. It’s a really great car. It’s sooo much nicer than a Prius or any electric car in that price range, has no range anxiety, and most owners only end up getting gas a handful of times a year. If you live less than 15-20 miles from work, the Volt is fantastic.
