I have had some decent experiences but they are the minority of dealership experiences. Wouldn't miss them too much for the most part.

I agree. Dealerships are afraid of direct sales because it allows the customer to cut through their BS. Yet for some reason the folks on this site continue to defend dealerships.

It’s especially worse in relatively well off areas at luxury dealers; it’s amazing how far up one’s own ass an Audi sales manager can be, but holy shit it can get pretty bad.
