Can you get these or any of their vehicles in the US?

I mean, what are they going to do if I do hit yes myself within state lines? How are they even going to know if I hit yes while sitting in my own driveway? Even if they did find out, are they going to send me to jail. Seems pretty absurd.

I was going to say something similar. It states “a manufacturer” not “a manufacturer or owner/operator”. To me, that sounds like as long as the manufacturer update doesn’t get applied automatically, it’s legal for the owner\operator to tap “yes” to apply the update.
