Is it me, or does the early 60's Chevy Corvette look strikingly similar to the Gladiator?

While I agree with you, this particular story and incident has nothing to do with mask mandates.

I like the original movie, though they did take way more liberties with the story than the new movie. I think what I liked most about the original were many of the actors and their portrayals of the characters. I think that was much better done in the original than the new movie. I mean, Brad Douriff as Mentat Piter

Yeah, when I waqs in the Army we had this one guy at one of my duty assigments who most would consider “overweight”. However he consistently maxxed his PT tests. Even then, the Army would still tell him his BMI was too high (?? am I getting that right?) and made him do remedial PT to lose the “extra weight”.

Because apparently, those of differing races need targeted ads to help them feel validated that they are normal everyday human beings do normal everyday human stuff.

Yeah, I gotta agree. He’s never really had much of a backstory. The ones they came up with in the comics felt thin and tacked on (almost like an afterthought). I think someone needs to come up with a good backstory for Black Manta.

This is great news! No wait, hear me out.

Yet, still only 3 years of OS updates. Still, even with them making their own SoC chip. Really?

When I was stationed in Germany we very rarely took a car. Trains were the way to go and they pretty much took you anywhere in comfort. Meanwhile, here in the US, what was once a thriving transportation system is now in such a sad state. It’s a shame.

For that price and NO dedicated controllers? Pass! I can just see the phone slipping out of peoples hands when they play certain games.

It was red. Other than the paint job being oxidized it was in hear perfect shape. No dents or body work. All badging was present, all original. Chrome was in great shape, minimal pitting. Almost no rust. To this day I kick myself for selling it.

I was (at the time) stationed in Washington state, that’s where I picked up the car. It was the late 80s and I had to ship out to Germany. I wanted to take the car with me but it would have cost too much to ship. More than a lowly Army Specialist could afford. In retrospect, I could have taken the car to Illinois and

It’s always nice when you can find that gem of a classic car that runs great for next to nothing. That happens maybe twice in a lifetime. My gem was finding a 68 Olds 442 with the rally package for $1200. The only thing wrong with it was a bad radiator, oxidized paint job and a couple cigarette burns in an otherwise

Yup, they’re “Trail Rated “ alright. Just don’t take it through a moderately deep mud puddle.

Two MMOs that I played that had absolutely awesome communities; Star Wars Galaxies and City of Heroes\Villains. Those games pretty much ruined it for me for other MMOs, community wise.

And that can be offset by completing quests in realms (realms is not really the right word but I’m having a brain fart ATM) where you get realm bonuses you can pick from like bonuses to experience.

And yet, WoW chat was still a toxic cesspool.
