In my experience, low fat versions of things like mayo, sour cream, or cheese can work. They aren’t quite as good, but they are fine for most purposes when they aren’t a featured ingredient. Non-fat versions of those things absolutely do not work. Taste and texture is not adequate.

In my own home, I feel like I can definitely bang out a dynamite vegetarian sandwich. Vegan’s tough though. Cheese is my crutch. I know it can be done, but I feel like the variety of what I can serve up would be incredibly limited.

To be fair to Blizzard, in this case there was already a thriving independent server running the equivalent of WoW Classic. They just took it over and started charging for it. It probably wasn’t on their long-range plan.

It seems like you don’t understand the changes at a fundamental level. There will not be “main” tanks and “off” tanks in OW2 at all. All tanks are being changed into aggressive brawlers.
