If you weren’t all that tuned into automotive things - would you know that you needed to go to a Tesla supercharger?

As a lawyer who works directly on SEC regulatory matters, I’ll briefly touch on the legality side. In 2000, the SEC introduced a new rule, Rule 10(b)5-1, which provides an “affirmative defense” against insider trading. It basically requires public company insiders (and everyone named in this article would be

It’s the high performance Chrysler Prowler.

It’s certainly an exotic car. Exotic looking, at least.

It’s Britain. They do a lot of things differently. They’re like the Alabama of Europe. (Russia would be the Florida, I think?)

You may be the first automotive journalist in history to imply that the Plymouth Prowler is somehow a “Supercar”.

I think I would have used the picture of the Lamborghini in the header of the article.

“London’s Millionaires Actually Used Their Supercars For Good”

I’m just imagining an animated skeleton emerging from a fucking gilded safe at the Ubisoft board meeting and screaming at everyone while its eyes burst with purple flames; “R E L E A S E   T H E   P R O D U C T   F O R   M O N E T A R Y   G A I N ! ! !”

Nah, QA isn’t that hard. What’s hard is making people give a shit about the issues that QA finds and forcing devs to fix them.

I might be wrong but this sounds less like an issue of “QA is hard” and more like an issue of “we are not willing to delay a game that needs it”.

Eh? It’s not really that bad. I did game QA with Activision for 3 years before moving on to other work and of the dozens of titles released in those years I don’t believe we ever failed a 1st Party Cert.

The thing is, Nintendo also never said he was retiring. The original press release just said he was stepping back from voice acting. Yes, he has said “I want to voice Mario until I drop dead,” but he also added a caveat that “If someday I think I am no longer capable of doing it, I will tell Nintendo to look into

You realize that you have to walk to the handcrafted POIs on the planets, right..? Nobody is complaining about the POIs. They’re complaining about the tedious process of actually getting to them.

It’s definitely both a creative decision as well as a technical limitation.

It’s almost like different people want different things and what people really want is the freedom to play it how they want to. I know, shocking.

Todd Howard says it’s all about making planet exploration an “experience.”

Got about 55 hours in now. The main ‘experience’ I have walking towards unexplored waypoints on planets is boredom and annoyance as I sometimes need to wait for my stamina/oxygen to replenish before I can sprint again. And as far as jetpacks

Let’s see...Tribes managed to have jet packs over 20 years ago. No Man’s Sky has jet packs and vehicles.

After it was announced that legendary voice actor Charles Martinet would no longer portray Mario in future Nintendo games (starting with October 20's Super Mario Bros. Wonder) but would become a “Mario Ambassador,” fans were confused. What is a Mario Ambassador? Why isn’t Martinet voicing the Italian-American plumber

Asa is not incel, she is in the spectrum. But she is not really against socialising or men. Just not very good atm at it.

She could get a boyfriend if her personality was less off-putting, and she knows it. Despite this, she refuses to change who she is. She’s not the bore. It’s everyone else who’s in the wrong.
