We’re all going to die eventually, so murder can’t really be a crime.

Whenever your heart stops receiving oxygen, it usually results in a fucking heart attack.

So, they’re basically saying he was gonna die anyway, but he just happened to have his neck under the knee of a police officer when it happened.

It doesn’t matter. Whether they strangled him or induced a heart attack, it’s exactly the same thing.

It’s crazy how many cops got away with murder before the advent of universal video recording. Hundreds of years of injustice and yet, despite this incredible leap in technology and availability, they can still find ways to get away with murder.

They were also aimed at kids. The in house artists would rework the entire thing and the kids would get a special copy of the game.

I can see “no knock” if an officer is in uniform, but how the hell can you have no knock by officers in plain clothes? ???

If the whole case is built solely on evidence they might get after a surprise raid, then they haven’t got much of a case in the first place. There should be enough evidence already compiled before the search and/or arrest so that whatever they find if the icing on the evidential cake, not the cake itself. Losing it…

The charges against Kenneth Walker have NOT been dropped. They have been suspended pending review, with the option to refile them at any time in the future.

Trump is a virulent racist and bigot. And millions of people voted for him. You can debate how many voted for him explicitly because of his racism but all who support him are and always have been complicit.
