I made a mistake the 777 is only available with two but I think the a340 was available with 2 or 4 configurations for Asian and or European markets.

my bad it was the a340 that can be ordered with 4 or two engines prior to its cancelation. A350 will be a two engine aircraft as well :/

you forgot not only the 747 and variants, a380 as well as the a340 and 777 can both be had with 4 engines depending on order specifications.
