My 2015 Passat 2.0L TDI has a DEF reservoir, the funny thing is I’ve put 26,000 miles on it and have never had to add DEF. Supposedly the dealership refills it at 10,000 oil changes, but that doesn’t seem right.

I bought a 2015 Passat TDI used in early 2015, the salesman told me many drivers exceeded the EPA mileage estimates... maybe that should have been a red flag. I’ve been lead to believe that after the fix, it may be as close to projected mileage estimates as any other vehicle.
