As much as I love Corvettes in general, I really think the C4 has aged the worst of all generations. Almost any car > C4 (except ZR1, because reasons).

No idea. At one point there was a 9" bolt in option...but alas, it didn’t sell well, and as far as I know, they are no longer available. Maybe there’s an 8.8" kit?
