WB Montreal’s combat mechanics have a single advantage over Rocksteady’s original design: they’re easier and require less skill to master. That’s it.

Tank mode would require Rocksteady to develop and design every single Batmobile from the ground up: a blatantly prohibitive workload for a bonus feature. ‘89 Batmobile, or no ‘89 Batmobile? Pick your poison.
