I found this online:
It sounds like that is up to the state. I wonder how much pull one chief can have vs. the union, inertia, etc.
They’ll be hired by another department in no time.
Off topic, but what is this gif from?
I haven’t seen any proof it was a hoax, care to elaborate? Here’s a statement from Steve Phelps, Nascar president:
And what about the officers that are allowed to resign/retire rather than be fired? I bet that 3% number is the tip of the iceberg.
According to Tesla’s Q1 2020 earnings statement, page 4:
I’m not sure what point you are trying to make. I never said that regulatory credits were the true profit driver. If you read carefully what I wrote, I stated that Tesla wasn’t making a profit from the cars per se, but rather from the regulatory system. I also never challenged their profitability compared to the other…
You are stating revenue. The issue is profits. They aren’t the same.
My wife and I were looking at the RAV4 Hybrid before all this started. We decided to wait and see the pricing on the Prime before making a decision. I agree with you on the tan interior. We wanted red exterior with tan fabric but I didn’t want to drive 2000 miles to get it.
I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that the profit that Tesla was making was due to selling carbon credits to other automakers. So Tesla isn’t making a profit on the cars per se but rather they are making a profit from the regulatory system.
There’s this case, but it’s not very encouraging.
Quote from the article:

I’m not disputing your data, but what percentage of usage would be considered running out? Is 80% above normal or below? Has that number been rising in the last weeks and is it expected to keep rising?
Neutral:
Maybe if they made it a pickup?
I’m not in the market for this so it won’t be in my driveway anytime soon, but I think this is a very good looking vehicle. Two things I dislike: 1) the wheels and 2) the hazard button location. First is easy to fix, second not so much.
