So, let me get this right. The Trumpists still denigrate those who oppose Trump? Part and parcel for this administration, unfortunately.

I just enjoyed having the illustrious Walter Shaub back me up on being able to legitimately accuse her mean Huckleberry Hillbilly self of a fireable offense - since that was the same inflammatory statement she used against someone who said something, in her capacity as a journalist, that the record supports, and

Oh god. Omarosa! Can you imagine?

I’m not really sure what you are about... you think people have the right to speak their mind- while other people have the right to retaliate should you exercise that right?

I think everyone needs to understand that they are not the only one with freedom of speech.

There is the letter of the law and there are the principles that animate it.

And, of course, they can.

This is America. People should be able to criticize anyone they please.

Lol - you can criticize the POTUS, but if you tread on the NFL Commish, you lose your head.

Agreed. If the account does include ESPN’s name, that’s a concern. If she is given the green light to ‘be herself’ online, to garner a following, that’s a countervailing concern. If she’s directed/encouraged to include ESPN in what used to be her personal Twitter account, that’s another consideration.

True that. Don’t get me wrong, I agree with what Hill has said, but ESPN might need to suspend or something to remain consistent.

Jemele Hill was commenting on current events and politics on Twitter. It used to be that you couldn’t talk politics, or use company equipment for personal use, but with Twitter and TV ‘personalities’ encouraged by their employers to ‘build their brand’ and ‘increase their follows’, that line has gotten blurred.

I wouldn’t necessarily disagree with that, but one major difference between them is that Curt Schilling didn’t have the White House whining like a little bitch at him.

Well one thing Jemele Hill and Curt Schilling have in common is that both are really bad at talking about sports on TV and should not do it for a living.

Tony Kornheiser was suspended for commenting on Hannah Storm’s wardrobe.

Linda Cohn was suspended for criticizng her employer.
