You’re welcome! Never heard of it being done with charcoal, but just make sure you have it really hot with a well-established coal bed and plenty left over for restoking the fire. Avoid letting any extra smoke coat up the pan. A re-scrub with clear water and then re-heating to dry it before seasoning wouldn’t hurt
